3rd Row (L-R): eating utensils carved and used in POW camp, Dress Lt. Col. bars, Strategic Air Command Missileman badge, dog tags.
Small Medals for dress uniforms are same as above except Air Force Commendation Medal is to the left of the Purple Heart.

Helen Joe enjoys a Halloween witch with great-granddaughter, Abby, because both were born October 31!
